Beth gets fingerprinted!!

Last Tuesday Beth and I spent an evening at the Windsor Gun Club. Took in an NRA Pistol orienteering class which satisfied the training requirements for a Florida Concealed carry permit. Applications are on their way to FL! Below is Beth's target after shooting left handed for the 1st time!

So the boys have been begging to have their room re-painted. So I decided what better thing to do on a snow day. The boys did a great job helping, they did most of the rolling and were very eager for me to get done with the camo. Here are the results.

We got a light dusting of snow yesterday, so the boys took the snowboard out. They had a great time. Obviously we needed a little more snow, but that didn't stop them from having lots of fun.

Merry Christmas

We celebrated Christmas with the kids on Christmas eve. We started the day with a strawberry smoothie and coffee. The kids played some Christmas music on the piano, which I love! Then we opened presence and of course that is the kids favorite part. A few pix from our day.

Last week we decided it was time to make applesauce. The boys and Darrell did a great job helping, (Alysha went to a vb tournament). We started after school and soon had 2 boxes of apples done.Trevor sorted apples for us

Alysha had a great volleyball season this year. She loved everything about it, even practice.
The team did really well, I think there record so far is 17-7. Not bad. She improved so much too, it was great to see the team pull together and have fun.

Road Trip!

Last Friday the boys and I took a road trip to Sugarcreek, OH to pickup a set of drums. We had a great time, slept in a medieval themed motel room (it was a bit scary), got stuck in a traffic jam but had fun together. Drew just about went nuts on the way home cause he had to wait to play the drums!
