On Friday evening we continued our vacation and took the kids miniature golfing in Mattoon.

Science Center

On Thursday afternoon we went to the science center in Peoria. They were having a Grossology exhibit. You can only imagine how much the boys enjoyed that. Learning about why and how you pass gas, burp, vomit and form mucus, gross! It was pretty interesting. the entrance

Vacation

We started our week at church and then went on to Peoria for Alysha's National Softball Tournament. We borrowed my parents camper and Levi's truck and spent 3 nights at the campground. Sunday evening all the teams met at O'brien Field for opening ceremonies, they got to walk out onto the field and met other teams and trade pins and exchange a gift bag.

They won the first game on Monday and lost the next 3 games, not so good. However, they did play pretty well, they had a lot of good competition. opening ceremony parade

will be boys. They decided to hang out on the roof of the house (more gray hair for mom) it scared me to death! Obviously they thought they were pretty cool, they told me how careful they were and would be, still didn't ease my troubled spirit, so I said yet another prayer.

I'm trying this "video" thing. I didn't know that I could only do horizontal video...sorry! We had been at the ballpark all day so the boys were creating their own fun, they found this little hill and started rolling down it!
